Andrei Tokmakoff joined the University of Chicago faculty in January as the Henry G. Gale Distinguished Service Professor in Chemistry. His research group conducts experiments that use ultrashort pulses of infrared radiation to visualize molecular biophysical phenomena that constantly move, change and evolve.
