Brain activation for the whole group of stroke patients during the retention session 1 week after real stimulation (dual-tDCS) and 1 week after placebo. The brain activation was more diffuse and less well organised 1 week after placebo stimulation, whereas it was much more focused (suggesting it was more efficient) 1 week after real stimulation.
