Dr. Anna Faul, executive director of the University of Louisville Institute for Sustainable Health & Optimal Aging, will lead a three-year grant project funded at $2.55 million by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The Kentucky Rural & Underserved Geriatric Interprofessional Education Program targets rural seniors in six Kentucky counties.
