Conformational Dynamics of a Non Coding RNA Hairpin

The figure represents the conformational ensemble of a RNA hairpin obtained using a combination of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and molecular dynamics simulations. Although the dominant structure is the top-left one, all of them are required to explain the NMR data and some of them might be relevant for the biological function of this RNA molecule.
