The new therapy forms a synapse and cross-links tumor cells (blue) and T cells (green) via the molecules CD19-4-1BBL (purple) and CD20-TCB. This material relates to a paper that appeared in the Jun. 19, 2019, issue of Science Translational Medicine, published by AAAS. The paper, by C. Claus at Roche Innovation Center Zurich in Schlieren, Switzerland; and colleagues was titled, "Tumor-targeted 4-1BB agonists for combination with T cell bispecific antibodies as off-the-shelf therapy."
