The protein signatures show how sensitively the tumor cell lines investigated (box, left to right) react to two drugs: the chemotherapy drug Taxol (top) and the kinase inhibitor Dasatinib (below gray line). The first line shows the reaction -- from blue to red: low to high sensitivity; the lines below show the abundance of different proteins in the cell lines: small number blue, high number red.
