Electrical engineering junior Phuc M. Huynh receives a Goldwater Scholarship, one of the most prestigious awards available to undergraduate students majoring in mathematics, the natural sciences or engineering who plan to pursue a career in research. He credits his research experience with Ji Chen, assistant professor of electrical and computer engineering at UH, as one of the primary reasons he received the scholarship.
