Substance in Tangerines Fights Obesity and Heart Disease (VIDEO)

New research by Murray Huff, a vascular biology scientist with the University of Western Ontario has found a flavanoid in tangerines called Nobiletin not only prevents obesity, but also offers protection against type 2 diabetes and atherosclerosis, the underlying disease responsible for most heart attacks and strokes.
