UVB irradiation induces proliferation and activation of skin Treg cells. UVB-expanded skin Treg (UVB-skin Treg) cells promote wound healing by producing enkephalin and amphiregulin(AREG), which enhance keratinocyte growth/proliferation to repair skin wound.
