Trout juveniles at 6 months old, generated from surrogate triploid salmon parents. This image relates to an article that appeared in the Sept. 14, 2007, issue of the journal Science, published by AAAS. The study, by Dr. Tomoyuki Okutsu and colleagues at Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology in Tokyo, Japan, was titled "Production of Trout Offspring from Triploid Salmon Parents."
