Comparison of cytoskeleton measurements in artificially blurred microscopic images (IMAGE)
Caption
Optical blur was artificially added to microscopic images of reticular and bundle cytoskeleton and the difference between the existing and proposed methods was assessed. In the right figure, the higher the vertical axis, the better the distinction between the two. The proposed method more accurately distinguishes the reticular and bundle cytoskeleton images, even in degraded images, compared to the existing method.
