A new ice clathrate structure with the largest icosihexahedral cavities that can be used for storing guest molecules. This material relates to a paper that appeared in the Feb. 12, 2016, issue of Science, published by AAAS. The paper, by Y. Huang at Dalian University of Technology in Dalian, China, and colleagues was titled, 'A new phase diagram of water under negative pressure: The rise of the lowest-density clathrate s-III.'
