Researchers in the lab of Daniel Giammar, the Walter E. Browne Professor of Environmental Engineering in the McKelvey School of Engineering, have devised a new method that allows them to extract lead from "point-of-use" filters, providing a clearer picture of what's coming out of the faucet.
