Patient-Derived Glioblastoma in Murine Brain (IMAGE)

Figure shows patient-derived glioblastoma in murine brain treated with saline (control, left panel) or clemastine (right panel). Glioblastoma cells (red) are known to invade the brain (blue). Invasive glioblastoma cells are impossible to remove by surgery and exhibit high resistance to chemotherapies. Clemastine-treatment destroyed the invasive cells leading to clear tumor/brain border.
