Video of mudskippers at the Georgia Aquarium shows how they used their fins to move on rocks. This material relates to a paper that appeared in the July 8, 2016 issue of Science, published by AAAS. The paper, by B. McInroe at Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA, and colleagues was titled, "Tail use improves performance on soft substrates in models of early vertebrate land locomotors."
