Aqua image of Delta (IMAGE) NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center Caption On Oct. 7 at 2:50 a.m. EDT (0650 UTC), NASA's Aqua satellite found highest concentrations of water vapor (brown) and coldest cloud top temperatures were around Hurricane Delta's center. Cloud top temperatures in those storms were as cold as or colder than minus 90 degrees Fahrenheit (minus 67.7 degrees Celsius). Delta was moving over Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula.
