C/EBPα and miR 203 expression in non-lesional and HPV8-positive lesional skin of Epidermodysplasia verruciformis patients. Sections of non-lesional skin (upper and lower left) and HPV8-positive lesional skin (upper and lower right) from EV-patients were stained in red using antibodies against C/EBPα (upper left and right) and in blue by in situ hybridization with a probe against miR-203 (lower left and right). Nuclear counterstaining was performed with hematoxylin solution (upper left and right).
