University of Tennessee Extension retiree John Campbell (right) received one of four Hall of Fame awards from the National Association of County Agricultural Agents. The award was presented by NACAA president Richard Fechter at the group's 104th annual meeting, which in 2019 was held in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
