Image of the ~50,000 cell nuclei of a 22-hour-old zebrafish embryo, recorded with Simultaneous Multiview Light-Sheet Microscopy (SiMView). The fluorescently-labeled cell nuclei are shown in a blue-to-red color code that indicates depth in the image. This image relates to a Review that appeared in the June 7, 2013, issue of Science, published by AAAS. The Review, by Philipp Keller at Howard Hughes Medical Institute in Ashburn, Va., and colleagues was titled, "Imaging Morphogenesis: Technological Advances and Biological Insights."
