This is a photograph of an organic floating-gate transistor sheet comprising 26x26 memory cells. The array has an effective area of 50x50 millimeters squared. This image relates to an article that appeared in the Dec. 11 issue of Science, published by AAAS. The study, by Tsuyoshi Sekitani of University of Tokyo in Tokyo, Japan, and colleagues was titled, "Organic Nonvolatile Memory Transistors for Flexible Sensor Arrays."
