Alison Robertson is coordinating experiments in 15 states to see how the timing of cover crop termination affects susceptibility to disease in crops. Robertson's previous research indicated waiting at least two weeks after termination to plant crops reduces the likelihood of disease in corn, but a new project will allow her to test her results across a wide range of environments.
