Urbach Tower, a 14 m tall building demonstrator with high curvature CLT components produced using self-shapping manufacturing technology. This material relates to a paper that appeared in the Sept. 13, 2019, issue of Science Advances, published by AAAS. The paper, by P. Grönquist at Empa in Dübendorf, Switzerland, and colleagues was titled, "Analysis of hygroscopic self-shaping wood at large scale for curved mass timber structures."
