No tumor recurrence on 37-month follow-up. (B) 75-year-old man with pulmonary adenocarcinoma who underwent wedge resection that exhibited pLVI. 19-mm solid nodule with irregular margins and peritumoral interstitial thickening (arrowheads) present in right upper lobe. Ipsilateral mediastinal and hilar lymph node metastasis occurred after 5-month follow-up (not shown).
