Caption
Aortic root protease activity significantly decreased in mice treated with siCAM5, as shown by fluorescence molecular tomography (FMT)/computed tomography (CT).. This material relates to a paper that appeared in the June 8, 2016, issue of Science Translational Medicine, published by AAAS. The paper, by H.B. Sager at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Mass., and colleagues was titled, "RNAi targeting multiple cell adhesion molecules reduces immune cell recruitment and vascular inflammation after myocardial infarction."
