Within the framework of the CoTeSys (Cognition for Technical Systems) excellence cluster, Munich-based researchers are exploring basic principles of biological sensory systems, developing biomimetic sensors and algorithms, and demonstrating potential applications. One result is the experimental robot sub named Snookie.
