'DNA Bricks' Act as Tiny Legos (8 of 8) (VIDEO)
Caption
Researchers at the Wyss Institute at Harvard have created more than 100 three-dimensional nanostructures using DNA building blocks that function like Lego® bricks. This animation illustrates the process used to build these structures. This video relates to a paper that appeared in the Nov. 30, 2012, issue of Science, published by AAAS. The paper, by Yonggang Ke at Harvard University in Boston, Mass. and colleagues was titled, "Three-Dimensional Structures Self-Assembled from DNA Bricks."
