Male Madagascan moon moth (Argema mittrei) caught at Centre ValBio in Ranomafana, Madagascar. This species is from the same genus as the moon moths used in this study. This material relates to a paper that appeared in the 04 July 2018, issue of Science Advances, published by AAAS. The paper, by J.J. Rubin at Boise State University in Boise, ID, and colleagues was titled, "The evolution of anti-bat sensory illusions in moths."
