Seven month old dog shortly after adoption and one year after castration

This dog was active and healthy at 7 months old (left) but quickly gained weight and developed behavioral and health issues following castration (image on right at 1.5 years). Hormone restoration significantly improved mobility, stabilized weight, and reduced fear and anxiety.
