Immune-signature analysis of biliary tract cancer by RNA sequencing. (A) Heat map with 115 biliary tract cancers clustered to T-cell-High and -Low expression. Differences in gene expression were analyzed using the Mann–Whitney U test; P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
