Hazard ratio of poor differentiation for overall survival

The horizontal axis shows tumor size, and the vertical axis shows the risk of poor prognosis. The risk of poor prognosis increases sharply for poorly differentiated hepatocellular carcinoma tumors ≥5 cm in size.
