UTEP and Partners Awarded $1.5M NSF Grant to Improve QOL for Senior Citizens

A team of UTEP researchers in collaboration with community partners from the City of El Paso and El Paso Community College were awarded nearly $1.5 million from the National Science Foundation to develop and sustain the social connectedness of seniors to improve their quality of life through the intersection of technology, community engagement and social sciences.
