This is a three-dimensional visualization of OCT-NIRAF imaging data acquired from a patient's coronary artery. The gray portion shows microstructural information provided by OCT, and the overlaid color represents NIRAF signal intensity, which was elevated only over portions of the artery that contained plaque with high-risk microstructural features.
