Alzheimer's Study Adds Drug (IMAGE)

Washington University School of Medicine's Randall J. Bateman, MD, (above) draws spinal fluid to analyze for molecular markers of Alzheimer's disease. An international study to test drugs that may prevent or delay Alzheimer's disease is adding a third drug arm. Participants who receive the drug or placebo will be monitored for at least four years for signs of the disease.
