A participant in the University of Utah's iStar project sits with his instructor Steven Gross as he learns how to use Google's 3-D modeling software called SketchUp. Google and the university have teamed to provide workshops for kids with autism to learn how to use the software in hopes of developing a skill set for potential employment. Utah researchers have found added benefits from the workshop by studying inter-generational family dynamics of the participants.
