The DHFR enzyme from the parasites that cause malaria (blue) overlaid with the enzyme from the parasites that cause toxoplasmosis (red), with those residues involved in significant changes in the presence of the drug displayed in stick format. In addition both enzymes have their surface displayed. For both figures the modelled inhibitor is colored yellow, red, green, blue and cyan for carbon, oxygen, chlorine, nitrogen and fluorine, respectively.
