The desired cells, in this case blood stem cells (dark blue) are strongly enriched in the cell population with GateID. The first bar graph shows the composition of the cell population before purification using GateID: 29.6% are blood stem cells. The second bar graph is after purification using GateID: enrichment to 93.8% blood stem cells.
