CD40 Receptor Clustering

CD40 receptor clustering driven by CD40 ligand or anti-CD40 antibody, 341G2 with the human IgG2 (h2) isotype. Jurkat cells expressing full length hCD40-green fluorescent protein (GFP), were treated with 10 μg/mL of different CD40 agonists as indicated for 1 hour and the nucleus stained with DAPI (blue) and imaged using a confocal microscope. All images are representative of at least 10 images from at least 2 independent experiments. Scale bar, 4 μm.
