(Upper panel) Val223 and Phe258 of SPP interacts with the inhibitors for SPP and γ-secretase. (Lower panel) The inhibitor prevents proliferation of protozoa in toxoplasma infected mice. The inhibitor also ameliorates liver steatosis induced by HCV core protein.
