Reversing Liver Pathology in Wilson's Disease Model (IMAGE)

Liver complications in Wilson's disease include enlarged cell size, irregular shape and arrangement in liver tissue (left image). Treatment with DPM-1001 reversed these pathologies in a Wilson's disease mouse model (right image) and led to dramatic lowering of tissue copper levels.
