Brain and Sequential Performance (IMAGE) University of Oregon Caption Data from two of the experiments of a University of Oregon study show clear differences in oscillations of electrical activity generated among subjects who have either high or low levels of working memory. Those with high working memory were most successful in completing an activity that involved recalling chunks of basic elements during their performance.
