Cancer Stemness Upregulated in ARID1A-Mutated Cholangiocarcinoma

ARID1A binds to HDAC1 and downregulates the expression of stemness genes such as ALDH1A1. In the absence of ARID1A,H3K27 acetylation and stemness genes expression are upregulated.
