Study shows simple intervention helps build emotional resilience during COVID-19 (VIDEO)

A research study across 87 countries finds that a brief intervention can help people build emotional resilience to COVID-19. The findings, released in a paper in Nature Human Behaviour, show that using the emotion regulation strategy known as reappraisal 'consistently reduced negative emotions.' The co-authors describe their work in this video.
