工作中使用的超 pH 敏感 (UPS) 探针分子保持去质子化诱导的胶束化平衡，该平衡负责荧光猝灭，其中红点是荧光团，黑色点是共聚链上的猝灭剂，及其窄响应标准磷酸盐缓冲盐水中 6.1 和 6.3 之间的窗口。 y 轴是指荧光 (FL) 强度相对于 pH 的归一化（最大）差异，直接显示探针响应的锐度。王教授团队绘制。
