(a) Fresh donkey milk was incubated at 37 °C with different times of 5, 8, 15, or 22 h for artificial bacterial enrichment, respectively. (b) Samples incubated for 8 and 15 h were consequently treated by HHP at 500 MPa at 20 °C for 10 min. Student's t test was used for the statistical significance.
