大规模枪击事件的情绪影响

科研人员分析了大约750名美国成年人在2008年到2016年的每天关于他们的情绪的调查回答，并且把在一场大规模枪击事件之前4周的个体的回答与枪击事件发生之后至多4周的个体的回答进行了比较；这组作者发现，在一场大规模枪击事件之后有一个强烈的情绪响应，这组作者说，但是这种响应仅限于生活在枪击发生的城市的个体，并且在事件发生之后一星期内消退。
