The University of Miami and Nature Publishing Company are sponsoring the 30th annual Miami Nature Biotechnology Winter Symposia. Research topics include basic science and genetic research on diseases such as cancer, diabetes, transplantation, muscular distrophy, and Alzheimer's disease. Short Reports for poster presentation of exceptional interest may be selected for 15 minute oral presentation within the program. Short Reports will be published as Volume 9 of the Miami Nature Biotechnology Short Reports, by IRL Press at Oxford University Press as part of their Nucleic Acids Symposium Series.
