National Science Board Open Session Set For Nov. 19

Journalists are invited to attend the next open session of the National Science Board (NSB) on Thursday, November 19 from 1:50 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the National Science Foundation, 4201 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, Va.

* Eight new nominees have been announced since the August NSB meeting. Only Ferguson and Jones have been confirmed to date.

A media availability with NSB Chairman Eamon Kelly and NSF Dirctor Rita Colwell will be held at 6:00 p.m. or immediately following the adjournment of the open session-whichever comes first-in Conference Room 1280 (near the north elevators, 12th floor).
