The Third International Conference on Engineering Failure Analysis will provide a forum for the presentation, advancement and dissemination of failure analysis studies for the benefit of the wider world. Attention will be focused on the pivotal role of failure analysis as an essential management and design tool to help prevent disasters such as these.
