Authors Livio Vezzani of the University of Torino, Andrea Festa of the University of Torino and Miami University, and Francesca D. Ghisetti of TerraGeoLogica and the University of Canterbury provide "entirely revised and original cartography" and complete stratigraphic-structural documentation on the book's CD-ROM insert.
