"Insights in Melanoma: A National and Local Perspective" is a conference at the University of Hawaii Cancer Center. Experts from Hawaii and the nation will present information on advances in skin cancer prevention, research and treatment.
The conference is on May 1, 2015, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., with lunch to follow. Conference talks include traditional and current treatment of melanoma, melanoma treatment in Hawaii, molecular biology of melanoma metastasis, and advocacy and outreach, 20 years of the Hawaii Skin Cancer Coalition.
